- Cycle 15km everyday - Road, Mountain bike, Track
- Paddle 10km everyday - Outrigger, Kayak, Surf Ski, SUP, Canoe
- Run, Walk or Jog for 45 minutes
- Swim 1.25km, or for 45 minutes per day
- Do a gym class everyday - HiiT, Yoga, Pilates, Circuit
- Do a weights session - 45 minutes
- Ball sports 45 minutes - Netball, Soccer, Tennis, Football, Hockey training
- Dance class 45 minutes - Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pole fitness, Cheer
- Martial arts - Karate, Judo, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing
- Skip / Jump rope - Elastics
- Beep test / Shuttle runs
- Read a self help book for 1 hour
- Roller skate, Rollerblade, Skateboard - Halfpipe, Street, Bikepath, 1 hour
